CGA Client Update

Updated the client installer. Was missing the updater DLL. Miscellaneous code clean-up. If you had issues with the client not launching DOSBox, download and instal the client again using the new installer.

Updated the client and server to be cross-platform ready (preparing to release both client and server for Windows and Linux!). Update client before using test server.

Client will now report that a dedicated server is full. Update before using test server. Will now let the client know it is full. Multiple connection from behind a NATed firewall will now disconnect correctly.
