Client Updates

• Updated the game add-on list screen to gray out games that are not configured in the game list pane.
• Fixed bug in the backend preventing the launch button from enabling for P2P game rooms for players who aren't the owner of the room for games that don't requiring waiting on all players.
• Fixed bug with 64-bit client where it would throw an access violation when attempting to set or read a game's options.
