Server Updates

  • General updates for Delphi 13 upgrade.
  • Fixed bug where normal latency check pings weren't being logged if the option to hide pings was turned off.
  • Fixed an issue with client synchronization wherein if the client sent follow up registration packets before it received the ACK from the server it would result in increasing the connection counts erroneously.
  • Clients connecting using IPXWrapper will be logged as "IPXWrapper Client" instead of "DOSBox Client".
  • Increased the client synchronization timeout to 120 seconds to accomodate how IPXWrapper functions. It doesn't send the DOSBox registration packet until the game connects to the IPX network which is player controlled, whereas DOSBox is setup to connect automatically as soon as it starts up.
  • Server will log its log level on startup.
  • Fixed crash during non-CGA connection disconnects causing the server to get restarted by systemd under Linux resulting in server ports potentially not being closed and causing any of the virtual servers to not start up.
  • Fixed unhandled packet CRC check exception which was bubbling up to the main socket handler thread and getting logged as an unhandled exception. This exception will now be considered a CRC failure.
  • Updated the Windows installers to use the new CGA icon.
