Listed below is a comprehensive list of all the potential errors that can occur from within the CGA client. Make sure to always check your client log if you receive an error as it can prove invaluable when troubleshooting. The log is located at:

<user profile path>/.cgaclient/log/cgaclient.log

100 - A newer version of the CGA Client is available.
You must always use the latest version of the CGA Client to ensure the best user experience. To download and install the latest CGA Client click HERE.

101 - The server you are attempting to connect to is full.
You should generally never receive this error since the website makes a reasonable attempt and preventing players from connecting to servers that have reached their max capacity. However, in the off-chance you receive this error, return to the game room lobby and try again. If the problem persists contact the server operator (SysOp).

102 - Unable to conect to dedicated server.
The CGA Client was unable to connect to the dedicated server at the registered hostname or IP address. The server may have gone down or you may not be able to access the server on its registered TCP port. Check your firewall/router settings to ensure you can utilize the specified port. If you do not have access to your router/firewall contact your system administrator.

If the server operator (SysOp) has a firewall/router they may have forgotten to do any necessary port forwarding or routing to ensure players can access their server. Contact the server operator.

103 - A communication error with the dedicated server occurred.
A read or write error occured with the specified dedicated error. If you receive this error check your internet connection and/or your local network connection to ensure you have a stable connection. If you have a stable connection make sure your network card is installed and working properly. If all of the above checks out, contact the server operator (SysOp)

104 - Your user profile path does not exist.
This is another error that you should generally never receive. The CGA Client reads the operating system's environment variable that stores your user profile path. If the environment variable does not exist or its data is blank you will have to consult your operating system's documentation on how to correct this issue.

105 - Unable to check for updates.
The CGA Client was unable to check for updates. The client must be able to check for updates so that the latest version of the client is always in use. Make sure you can access http://update.cdiware.com.

106 - DOSBox path is invalid or DOSBox is not installed.
The DOSBox path specified in your current CGA Profile is invalid or you have not installed DOSBox on the computer you are currently using. If you have multiple profiles configured ensure you have the correct profile selected for the computer you are currently using. If you have the correct profile selected make sure the path is correct and that you have installed DOSBox.

107 - CD-ROM ISO image does not exist or is invalid.
The game you are attempting to launch has been configured to use a CD-ROM ISO image. Either the path to the filename is invalid or it does not exist. Make sure the filename for CD-ROM ISO image under the selected profile is correct and that the file exists and try launching the game again.

108 - CD-ROM path does not exist or is invalid.
The game you are attempting to launch has been configured to use a physical CD-ROM path. Either the path to the CD-ROM path is invalid or it does not exist. Make sure the path for the CD-ROM under the selected profile is correct and that the path exists and try launching the game again.

109 - Game path does not exist or is invalid.
The game you are attempting to launch has been configured to use a path that either is invalid or it does not exist. Make sure the path for the game under selected profile is correct and that the path exists and try launching the game again.

110 - Configuration is corrupt or invalid.
The client downloaded a configuration for a game room or game profile that is invalid or it has been corrupted. This error should generally never be received, howerver if it does try launching the game again. If the problem continues contact us.

111 - Unable to copy CGA DOSBox configuration file to your profile directory.
The CGA Client was unable to copy the CGA DOSBox configuration to your user profile directory. This should generally never occur. Make sure your user profile directory has write access and that your operating system is properly configured.

112 - DOSBox failed to execute.
If you receive this error then something is went very badly. Ensure you have access to execute DOSBox and that it is installed correctly.

113 - DOSBox executable does not exist.
The executable for DOSBox does not exist within the path you specified in your currently selected CGA user profile. If it is correct make sure you have DOSBox installed and have access to read from the specified path.

115 - Unable to copy NETBIOS.EXE to game path.
The CGA Client was unable to copy NETBIOS.EXE to the specified game path. Ensure your user account has write access to the game path.

116 - Unable to copy necessary files to game path.
The CGA Client was unable to copy some necessary files to the game path. Ensure your user account has write access to the game path.

117 - Unable to create client data path.
The client was unable to create its data directory within your user profile path. The destination folder should be named ".cgaclient" under the root of your profile path.
